Information about our Meat Orders
All the meat we sell are from our own animals BORN and RAISED on our farm. We DO NOT use a middleman and sell and deliver direct to our customers. We pre-book our meat depending on availability. All our meat orders are cut to customer’s preference by our licensed butcher.
Our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days for full flavour, tenderness and marbling.
Take Home Weights
Our prices include actual take home weight of your order, cut and packaged. We make it simple for you, as it can be confusing dealing with hanging weights versus dressed weights. We will always go over your order with you and help make the best choices for your family.
The Cost Savings
The approximate take home weight for a whole beef is between 300 to 400 lbs of meat.
Ordering side of beef (150-200lbs) is your best scenario in which the most savings occur. Your savings average 25% based on current prices at the Supermarket for Organic Beef. Buying a ¼ of beef (75-100lbs) you will receive approximately 20% savings, and 15% savings on a boxed 1/8 portion (37.5-50lbs). Buying in bulk not only saves you money but you always have a freezer full of delicious beef when you need it!
